Shipping policy

All shipping is via Australia Post and parcel tracking information will be provided.

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days of placing your order. Delivery times may be subject to stock availability. Please contact us if you do not receive your order after 10 days.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or any other payment method we advise from time to time.

Are my financial details secure on your site?

Credit card details are not stored by Duff Wines. Credit card details are held by our payment gateway service provider.

How much does delivery cost?

We have flat rate shipping (AUD $20) for up to the value of A$300 Australia-wide. Free shipping applies to orders greater than A$300.

Can I cancel my order? 

You may cancel your order at any time before the payment for your order has been processed.
